Recent project
Service Center app
A fully custom, self-hosted service center and client management platform, first deployed at a Charlotte community food pantry serving more than 1,400 client visits a month. It replaced off-the-shelf retail software and paper forms with 27 purpose-built apps, one for each role and station, from the client kiosk and front desk to the fulfillment line, managers and finance.
Paul Kelly designed and built the platform pro bono for this nonprofit. There was no charge to the client.

A self-service kiosk, online booking, “I’m here” check-in from a phone and a live lobby queue.
Staff, volunteers and partners
Shift booking, digital waivers, training records, partner programs and bulk pickups.
Inventory and equipment monitoring
UPC scanning, out-of-stock displays and live fridge and freezer temperature alerts.

About
Founded by Paul Kelly in 2017.
Paul has spent 25 years in enterprise security and endpoint management. He has been a lead technical architect and principal systems engineer delivering managed security services, risk assessments and threat-response solutions; a vice president and cybersecurity research strategist at a Fortune 100 bank; and a director leading technical account management and global solutions engineering for one of the industry’s leading endpoint management platforms.
Today Praesulis puts that experience to work for smaller organizations, building the custom tools they need with the same care for security and reliability.
