We really hit the ground running, literally. We had a consulting opportunity before we had the LLC filed. The process was surprisingly easy to register the business and articles of incorporation.
We have a contract with MBO Partners who took care of all the filings, and assists us with the back office work.
If you’re curious why we started this company I’m happy to explain. First, their is freedom in establishing your own company. The freedom to be agile and adapt to customers needs. Second reason is we can spend quality time working on problems that matter to our customers. Lastly to be able to help our customers realize the full potential of their investments.
We chose Praesulis for our company name after extensively searching for available domain names that had meaning and related to the type of work we perform. Praesulis is a consulting and managed services company that aims to help customers manage and “protect” their assets.
